• Returns and Exchanges

    At EnvyAdora we do not do any returns or exchanges. If there is any problem or issue within 24 to 48 hours of delivery about your hair please reach out through our email during business hours and we will accomadate the best that we can. If you open your package after the 48 hour window you can still email us about your package but no accommodations will be made thank you!

  • Processing and Shipping

    All EnvyAdora products are PREORDERED at this time we do not have inventory on hand. 

    Processing takes 3 to 4 business days to process before shipping. EnvyAdora will email you with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Once order is shipped out it can take 5 to 7 business days to deliver to you. If you place an order while there is a sale or an holiday, processing and shipping can take up to 7 to 10 business days to process and ship to you. 

    Anything over the price of $300 will require a signature at delivery
